The 2025 ASSA Program, held in San Francisco, California, ran from Thursday, January 2nd to Sunday, January 5th. Three section members presented at the conference:

• Orley Ashenfelter participated in a live stream panel discussion: Advice on Publishing in Economics and Science Journals (Orley's remarks start at 1:13:10 of the recording)

• Janet Currie presented two papers: "Coverage and Care Delivery in the Medicaid Program" and "Understanding and Addressing Homelessness." She also spoke at the AEA Awards Ceremony and Presidential Address.

• Zachary Bleemer presented “Meritocracy and Access: Recent Trends in the Allocation of Higher Education" as part of a live stream panel discussion on the "Future of Higher Education." (Zach's presentation starts at 1:05:18 of the recording).

• Ellora Derenoncourt and her co-authors presented three papers: "Inequality Within and Across Firms," "United States Wealth Inequality Over the 20th Century," and “Wealth Disparities and Wealth Accumulation among Low-Income Populations.”
