Pauline Carry co-organized seminar in the fall

Nov. 25, 2024

In September Pauline Carry, Postdoctoral Research Associate, co-organized “Women in Microeconomics” at the Becker Friedman Institute in Chicago. This two day seminar hosted 35 speakers from all over the country in support of junior female economists. The seminar focused on microeconomics and allowed opportunities for future collaboration and mentorship.

Also during the fall Pauline presented her paper Conflict in Dismissals: the Failure to Separate by Mutual Agreement in France at Rutgers University and delivered other presentations about her work on the French labor market at Carnegie Mellon University, Texas A&M, and the New York Federal Reserve Bank.
