We are pleased to announce that Leah Platt Boustan will join the faculty as Professor of Economics and Faculty Associate in the Industrial Relations Section.

March 27, 2017

Leah was an undergraduate student in Economics at Princeton (class of 2000), and she joins us from the Economics Department at UCLA.   Leah's interests lie at the intersection between economic history, labor economics and urban economics. Leah’s research focuses on the Great Black Migration from the rural south during and after World War II and the mass migration from Europe to the United States in the late nineteenth and early twentieth centuries.
