Event Description
Research In Color (RIC) Foundation seeks to:
- increase the number of Ph.D. students of color in economics-based disciplines
- amplify meaningful economic and policy research on communities of color by prospective Ph.D. students of color.
- intervene in the future of the economics profession in order to achieve a more inclusive profession and economically inclusive world.
RIC matches minorities interested in pursuing doctoral degrees in economics with mentors in the field. These pairs interact over a 6-month period, including engaging in a research project. The experience culminates in a conference during which mentors and mentees present about their projects and their experiences.
Princeton's Industrial Relations Section is proud to support this year's conference, with Director Alexandre Mas serving as a panelist on the PhD Admissions process.
Please RSVP to register for the conference.
