The Industrial Relations (IR) archives are now available online. These records are generally from the years 1930 to 1965 and include IR administrative files, conferences, research, and publications.

The Industrial Relations Section at Princeton University was established in 1922 to enhance and extend the knowledge of industrial relations. The Section's records document the research and administration of the Section and include financial papers and materials related to its conferences, publications, and research.

A portion of this collection was transferred from the Industrial Relations Section to the Mudd Manuscript Library in 1981, with additions in 2003, 2011, and 2012.
